Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products once they have been delivered.

By placing an order with us, you agree to this no-return policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items are non-returnable. However, we will review cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items on a case-by-case basis.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, as required by law. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Exceptions may only be made in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
